Each line can hold 2 trucks worth of bales prior to the singulator (150 tons total (288 bales). Each line includes automatic singulation, de-stringing, coarse chop of bales, hydraulic power pack, and then grinders. The silo collects "fines" from the operation for disposal. This system fed an ethanol plant, and a biomass boiler/cogeneration system. Ideal for both. Grind size was <1” but screens can be changed to modify grind size. The biomass handling equipment would work perfectly in preparing biomass for a pelleting operation, or for burning in a biomass boiler from the included silo. Or this could be entirely repurposed to your need. Built 2013 - in very good condition.
