### 78 MTPD System ###
Fractionation system - DeSmet, rated at 30 bar (450 psig). Built 1997. Includes (18) vertical crystallizers and membrane filter with 69 plates polypropylene. Capacity 78 MTPD based on first fractionation soybean oil – OR - 18 MTPD OUTPUT based on 2nd Fractionation = 10.5 million pounds product + 3.5 million pounds by-product.
- Membrane filter made by Industrieterrein Wijngaardveld AALST, Belgium. Serial 150 10. Type OGFP1500, rated at 30 bar. Has 69 plates, 1500mm x 1500mm. Filter cake volume = 2,875 liters (759.5 gallons). Filter area 255 sq m, with 25mm cake per cavity. Automatic with plc/HMI. Hydraulic system with dual acting cylinder.

Fractionation system - DeSmet. System built 2000. Includes (6) vertical ss crystallizers and Filox membrane filter with 36 plates polypropylene. Capacity 40 MTPD based on 1st fractionation Soybean – OR - 5 MTPD OUTPUT based on 2nd Fractionation = 2.5 million pounds product + 1.5 million pounds by-product. Stainless steel trough and auger system.
- Filox membrane filter rated at 30 bar (450 psig). Made by Filox - Filtertechnik Gmbh, Germany. Type MKF150-36-250H, serial 2117. Has 36 polypropylene plates, 1500mm section - cake volume 1500 liters, cake thickness 25mm, 40.5 sq m filter surface area. Automatic with plc/HMI. Hydraulic system with dual acting cylinder. Major pieces to a deodorizer system, built in Malaysia and never used. The system can be used for deodorization in chemical refining or deacidification and deodorization in physical refining. Designed originally for a plant in the USA and built to all USA design standards. Supply of this equipment includes
- Deodorizer, double shell packed column stainless steel 316. with heat bleaching section and integrated vapor scrubber. (70% complete)
- Post Deodorizer. Packed column ss 316 (80% complete)
- Deaerator. Packed column type for full vacuum operation, stainless steel 304L. (80% complete)
- Distillate Receiver. Vacuum vessel, dished ends 304L stainless (80% complete)
- Chilled Loop Vacuum System. For absolute pressure 1.1 to 1.3 Torr absolute. Hot well tank and glycol tank (70%/90% complete)
