**Understanding Supercritical CO2 Extraction**
The CDMH.20-2X-2F is an industrial-grade CO2 extraction machine designed for professionals seeking a safe, efficient, and high-capacity extraction solution.. Traditional extraction methods often rely on harsh solvents like butane or propane, which can leave residual traces in the final product, raising safety concerns. Supercritical CO2 extraction offers a cleaner and safer alternative. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a naturally occurring gas, readily available and non-toxic. Under specific conditions of high pressure and temperature, CO2 transforms into a supercritical fluid, possessing properties of both a liquid and a gas. This supercritical CO2 acts as a solvent, effectively dissolving and extracting desired bioactive compounds from botanical materials.

Ethanol Botanicals Extractor CUP15
Asset ID: 7894
Available: 1
## CUP 15 Extractor ##
The CUP15 is a small capacity system that uses alcohol to extract your target compounds from various botanical materials.
- Size 37" x 25" x 56", weight 1095 lbs.
- Batch size 8-14 lbs. plant material, avg run time 10-20 minutes
- Alcohol requirement is 12-15 gallons per run, Working temp range from -40C to +60C
- Liquid/vapor tight vessel with EPDM lid seal; 1 gallon jacket volume with 1/2" NPT male jacket ports;
- Industrial Hazardous Location (HazLoc) control panel; Touchscreen HMI; Dual emergency stop
- On stainless steel cart with rollers
The CUP-15 combines closed loop alcohol extraction with centrifugal technology, ensuring consistent and convenient results by a single operator. A touch screen HMI features a menu with various agitation and spin-dry cycles, each of which is programmable to the operator's specifications. With a runtime of only 10-20 minutes and a throughput of approximately 300 lbs. per 8-hour work day, this system will efficiently attain your processing goals.
