## **Gryphon Biomass Hot Air Belt Dryer** ##
- Gas fired recirculating counter current air dryer. Model A.318.
- Dryer section is 3 ft wide x 18 ft long.
- Evaporation rate (condensate rate) will be approximately 213 lbs/hr of water
- Used for drying hemp with inlet moisture of 50-80% and outlet moisture of 7% to 11% moisture running at 3,000 pouds per 24 hours inlet and approximately 1,000 pounds per 24 hours dry mass outlet.
- Natural gas burner rated at 1.5 MMBTU with all gas train valves, firing controls and Honeywell fire eye safeties. Supplemental electric heaters in each of the three sections.
- Air flow is by blower rated at 2500 scfm with VFD drive AB PowerFlex 753. AirPro Fan Type HPSM254 high pressure radial shrouded fan. 600 rpm serial 23894 40HP built on 2008.
- Six VFD drives in all Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525.
- Condenser coils.
- Includes infeed sifter and lid lift assembly for easy maintenance and operation.
- Includes fabricated feed belt 23.625" wide cleated belt.
- Full automation by Rockwell Allen Bradley and controls provided. Software plc controlled air volume, temperature and cycle time. Automated washing of chambers, air filter, and belt.
- CTS cooling tower and condenser unit is part of the package.
No need for baghouses, scrubbers, or exhaust stacks. See brochure in link for more information. Unit was purchased new in 2019 - only has 1,289 hours operation. Last used for hemp drying.
