Garioni firetube boiler 300HP. Type NG5000, serial 7118. Mfg by Garioni, Brescia, Italy. Capacity 5000 kg/hr (11,000 pph steam or about 300 HP at 12 barg max (180 psig). Firetube 2-pass dry back type boiler. Built in 2002 but only used about 6 months. Electrical for controls is 110V 60 Hz. Burner fires on #2 fuel oil - pumps not included.
The pictures show the boiler when it was installed, and now in the laydown yard. Will need new control panel. Sold As Is - price includes loading on your truck.

One (1) 1998 200 HP Johnston boiler, 4 pass wet back, gas and No. 2 oil fired, 250 PSI design pressure.
The boiler will be cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves will be hydrostatically tested. The existing Honeywell 7800L Flame Safeguard Controls will be checked and replaced if found defective. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit Controls will be installed. The boiler will be electrically and mechanically checked throughout to identify and replace any defective components. The combustion air fan will be run to check for balance and bearing smoothness. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on controls. These photos are representative - boiler is yet to be reconditioned - allow 6 to 8 weeks after order.
This quote is for the boiler only as reconditioned. No support equipment is included. Note that this boiler is a little shorter and wider than standard Johnston dimensions so will not be a direct drop in if replacing with like kind……

The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked throughout. Any components found to be defective or obsolete have been replaced. We guarantee that the pressure vessel is in good condition and the tubes are new, and that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor to change the part is included.

**FEED WATER SYSTEM**
One (1) reconditioned Atmospheric Boiler Feed Water System, complete with a 130/200 gallon carbon steel vented tank, new duplex Grundfos pumps, each sized for the full evaporation rate of a 150 HP boiler for 100% redundancy. System comes, complete with structural steel stand, steam sparge tube and temperature control to preheat and deaerate the makeup water, and water level controls. Cleaned and painted to match the boiler. Feedwater system can ship in 4 to 6 weeks ARO
**BLOWDOWN SEPARATOR**
One (1) reconditioned Blowdown Separator designed for the bottom blowdown rate of the 150 HP boilers, built to ASME Code Standards with a National Board stamp. It will be inspected, cleaned, and painted to match the boiler. The blowdown separator will be mounted on support legs.
