Filler for 50# cubes - 2 heads. Stainless steel, automatic valves, extrusion valve for shortening or margarine. Two load cells Mettler Toledo, Model IND131, Max load 50kg. Controlled by Allen Bradley touch screen Panelview 1500. Has Allen Bradley Compact Logix plc. Will require re-programming of the logic. Includes Little David Microjet coder and Diagraph IV700 case coder. Capacity 5 to 8 cases per minute depending on viscosity. This is a weigh filler controlled by Mettler load cells. Last used to fill boxes of margarine (12" x 12" x 12") but can handle any viscous fluid. Part of a complete 50# cube filling line. Built 2001. Idled early 2017. Removed, stored, ready to ship. Rated at 8 to 10 cases per minute depending on viscosity. For viscous material including shortening and margarine. Stainless steel filler with controls, load cells, and 4 conveyors. Infeed pipe to ss fill nozzles is 2: carbon steel. Uses 4 Mettler Toledo load cells - controls included. Has 2 automatic ss ball valves an 4 air operated ss modulating valves at nozzles. Includes 4 conveyor sections on load cells - Mettler controls in panel over Rice Lake model BM1818S-200, capacity 200 lbs each load cells). Can also fill, 25# cube boxes, 50 # cube boxes, 5 gallon (35 lb) pails, 25 kg boxes. Could be adapted for gallon and 1/2 gallon containers and smaller. Stainless so can be used with margarine, butter, or any other viscous product. Filler control panel measures 3 ft x 7 ft x 1 ft deep. Will have to be reprogrammed. In warehouse - ready to load
