Biomass drying and ethanol solvent extractor system, last used for producing CBD Extract by drying hemp at 3,000 #/day infeed and approximately 1,000 #/day dry mass outlet. Was running hemp with infeed moisture of 50-80% and outlet moisture of 7% to 11% moisture. CBD extraction efficiency is very good. Complete line was purchased new in 2019 - only has 1,289 hours operation. Main components include Gryphon gas fired dryer, ribbon blender, Watermark filter press system, Nutsche filter, BizzyBee distillation system, tanks (missing Vincent dewatering press). Rated at approximately 1 TPD (ton per day). Last used to extract CBD, can be used for essential oils. Complete continuous system. Installed NEW in 2020 and idled in 2021. It ran only 5 to 6 batches - very few hours.
- Batch Process designed for 1000 lbs of hemp per run lasting 6 to 8 hours.
- (3) butane process pressure tanks 420 gallon horizontal insulated. ASME MAWP 250 psig at 100F with water jacket MAWP 15 psig.

- (2) stainless steel jacketed tanks, Lee Tank 40 gallon capacity. MAWP tank 45 psig at 350F, Jacket 100 psi at 350F. Full vacuum vessel internal.
