### Hydrocarbon Butane Natural Oil Extraction System ###
Rated at approximately 1 TPD (ton per day). Last used to extract CBD, can be used for essential oils. Complete continuous system. Installed NEW in 2020 and idled in 2021. It ran only 5 to 6 batches - very few hours.
- Batch Process designed for 1000 lbs of hemp per run lasting 6 to 8 hours.
- (3) butane process pressure tanks 420 gallon horizontal insulated. ASME MAWP 250 psig at 100F with water jacket MAWP 15 psig.
- Chiller 10 tonR. Temtek BCD-10A air cooled water chiller. Motor 10 HP, refrigerant R-410A
- Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger 84 sf, model M6-Base
- Shell and tube heat exchanger Alleghany Bradford, MAWP shell/tube rated at 150 psig at 350F
- Rosedale ss cartridge filter, model SAN830
- Delta T Systems glycol cooling controls, Model EUW-36E. Heater 36 kw, pump 1.5 HP 230v 3/60
- (2) stainless steel jacketed tanks, Lee Tank 40 gallon capacity. MAWP tank 45 psig at 350F, Jacket 100 psi at 350F. Full vacuum vessel internal.
- Transformer 75 kva MGM. 3-phase 480v to 240v/120 CT
