50 lb Cube Filling Line - stainless

Filling line for 50lb cube boxes - stainless steel filler last used for margarine filling. Can be adjusted for other size boxes down to 25 lb. This is an automatic line. Control by Allen Bradley Control Logix plc (filler will have to be re-programmed. Can also be used for shortening filling. Rate was between 5 to 8 cases per minute depending on viscosity (if filling 50# boxes, rate would be 24,000 #/hr). Includes Pearson case erector for LH KD cases, Pearson bag inserter using roll bags, stainless 2-spout filler on Mettler Toledo load cells, and SV Dice uncuffer case sealer (missing plc and hot melt unit). Includes interconnecting conveyors. Line built 2001 - ran until early 2017. Stored in warehouse, ready to load. See marketing flyer. We have a dimension drawing for all major pieces. Packaging line for filling 35 pound fluid. This line consists of the case erector, filler, and case sealer plus the interconnecting roller/belt conveyors. Installed footprint 88 ft x 13 ft but can be configured differently.
- **Case Erector** - Moen PF106-TPB two piece Bliss case former. For more details - see asset R3401
- **Filler** - Rapak bag in box filler.with bag former/inserter. Single nozzle automatic bag filler. Includes Delrin conveyor through filler in a U shape pattern. For more details see R3402
- **Case Sealer** - Pearson N401-G case sealer. For more details see asset R3403
- Belt conveyor on rollers - interconnecting conveyors - see drawing.- Stainless steel surge tank approx 25 gallons with centrifugal filler pump.

Complete tincture filling line for bottles of liquid. For 15ml and 30ml sizes (running 0.5 oz and 1 oz Boston Round Bottles).
- Includes feed & offtake tables, dual station filler with capper Model FC-4100, labeler Model LR3000. HMI touchscreen controls.
- Speeds from 20 bpm to 30 bpm
- Can run other sizes if they fit under filling nozzle
- Four filler wheels (large white stars shown in photos) included for various bottles - Other change parts can be ordered from US supplier if your bottle is different
