One (1) reconditioned Atmospheric Boiler Feed Water System, complete with a 130/200 gallon carbon steel vented tank, new duplex Grundfos pumps, each sized for the full evaporation rate of a 150 HP boiler for 100% redundancy. System comes, complete with structural steel stand, steam sparge tube and temperature control to preheat and deaerate the makeup water, and water level controls. Cleaned and painted to match the boiler. Feedwater system can ship in 4 to 6 weeks ARO

Tray Type Deaerator. Was used as part of a 210,900 Lb/Hr Cogeneration Boiler.
- Horizontal deaerator with a vertical top with trays. Carbon steel SA516-70
- Overall dimensions including insulation: Horizontal bottom part size 8 ft diameter x 18’-6”, Vertical top part size 8 ft dia x 8 ft tall
- Deaerator storage vessel is 90 inches dia x 16'-3" long, 0.50 " thick steel.(ID = 44.5" radius). ASME MAWP 100 psig. Serial number 490-07, ASME 491-007
- Top Heater Tray Evaporator part is 78" OD x 4'-6" length ASME MAWP 100 psig. Serial number 490-06. ASME 491-006
Deaerator was being actively used and maintained until it was mothballed about 2020. It is still installed, stored inside and dry.. Price includes removal and loading of DA only. Structure and piping will be extra if wanted.
