OAH 19 feet. Includes 2 Krohne stainless steel mechanical flowmeters, one 1" and one 2". Includes additional side mounted small vessel and RTD for level control. Small vessel dimensions 1' diameter x 8' tall with 2" inlet. Includes 2 Masoneilan stainless steel 2" pneumatic control valves. Vacuum unit not available. Includes operators manual. Idled 2014. We have quoted removed and loaded but removal is an estimate. If serious, we can get a quote.

Evaporator system rated at 45,000 lbs/hr. Unitech Titanium falling film evaporator manufactured in 1993 but unused until 2008 then operated for approximately 9 months. Includes Incoloy 825 vapor body, 15,862 SqFt heat transfer section with 872 Grade 2 Titanium 2 inch OD tubes x 36 ft long; and MVR compressor driven by a 500HP motor. Design train capacity is 92 GPM, distillate flow 83.95 gpm. This converts to 44,457 lbs/hr water evaporation. Price includes manual valves and selected ss304 and ss316 piping manifolds, and structural foundation for evap vessel and deaerator. Ladders, grating, and access steel also available.

Conveyor is all galvanized, aluminum conduit, walkway on one side, Paramax 9000 gearbox. Railcar Dumper is equipped with ventilation fans, dust suppression system, 5 ton hoist, Hazleton sump pump model 75-350 SHW, Cutler Hammer MCC rated at 2500A horizontal bus 480v 3/60. . Not Included: rotary stacker conveyor shown at end of run. Installed 2010 and idled in 2012 - used approx 2 years.. See videos in Link. The video showing operation is not this one but is typical.

Fractionation system - DeSmet, rated at 30 bar (450 psig). Built 1997. Includes (18) vertical crystallizers and Industrieterren membrane filter with 69 plates polypropylene. Capacity 78 MTPD based on first fractionation soybean oil – OR - 18 MTPD OUTPUT based on 2nd Fractionation = 10.5 million pounds product + 3.5 million pounds by-product. Capacity will vary depending on type of operation and oil.
- Membrane filter for fractionation, made by Industrieterrein Wijngaardveld AALST, Belgium. Serial 150 10. Type OGFP1500, rated at 30 bar. Has 69 plates, 1500mm x 1500mm. Filter cake volume = 2,875 liters (759.5 gallons). Filter area 255 sq m, with 25mm cake per cavity. Automatic with plc/HMI. Hydraulic system with dual acting cylinder.
### 40 MTPD System ###
Fractionation system - DeSmet. System built 2000. Includes (6) vertical ss crystallizers and Filox membrane filter with 36 plates polypropylene. Capacity 40 MTPD based on 1st fractionation Soybean – OR - 5 MTPD OUTPUT based on 2nd Fractionation = 2.5 million pounds product + 1.5 million pounds by-product. Capacity will vary depending on type of operation and oil. Stainless steel trough and auger system. Includes all tanks, pumps, electrical, and control systems.
- Filox membrane filter for fractionation, rated at 30 bar (450 psig). Made by Filox - Filtertechnik Gmbh, Germany. Type MKF150-36-250H, serial 2117. Has 36 polypropylene plates, 1500mm section - cake volume 1500 liters, cake thickness 25mm, 40.5 sq m filter surface area. Automatic with plc/HMI. Hydraulic system with dual acting cylinder. Hydraulic unit 15HP. Size 6535mm lx 2820mm x 2610mm tall, weight empty 34,785 kg. J4744 FRAC1
