Water Chiller. Built by McQuay. Used, 260 ton nominal capacity. Model # PEH063-CBA C. Chiller has self-contained single compressor hermetic chiller, plus condenser and evaporator. The control panel has a Microtech micro-processor but controls are in poor shape - they will have to be replaced. Motor is approx 300HP 460v 3/60. This unit uses refrigerant 134A and has 22,190 hours logged with 2331 starts. All service records and manuals are available. Chiller was taken out of service 2010. Unit is removed and ready for loading. Price includes loading on your truck.

- Rotary screw compressor with integral oil separator and filter. Direct drive at 166 FLA 460v 3/60 = approx 132 KW rated. Motor is probably 200 HP.
