Third Party Equipment
Some equipment is owned by third parties and the Bill of Sale will be between that party and the buyer.
As Is, Where Is
All equipment is sold in its current state as is, where is. It is the buyers responsibility to assess condition and suitability. The buyer is responsible for removing purchased equipment.
Payment is to be made in readily accessible funds such as certified check or wire transfer. Payment must be received prior to equipment removal.
Equipment removal and pick up can be Monday – Friday with as much advance notice as possible, but no less than 2 business days. Buyer must have the completed, signed Bill of Sale, and been given the OK for removal from Solutions 4 Mfg.
Please note these legal notices are applicable to information on this web site, and to any and all equipment represented or sold. See Legal Notice below. In many cases, S4M, Ltd dba Solutions 4 Mfg has been contracted as the sole exclusive agent dealing with the equipment described on these pages.
