Fezler has participated both technically and managerially in a variety of
projects involving many countries, including E. Asia, United Kingdom,
Europe, Central Africa, Mexico, Scandinavia, and the CIS (ex Soviet
Union). He has lived

while managing construction, engineering,
and commissioning projects for major international companies.
